Trivium Global Limited ("Trivium," "we," "us," or "our") — Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Trivium Global Limited handles personal information collected through https://trivium.global (the "Site"). Trivium is a private investment and advisory firm with offices in Austin, Texas; Franklin, Tennessee; and New Zealand.
1. What we collect
- Information you give us: when you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, any other details you choose to provide (such as phone number or company), and the content of your message.
- Usage information: like most websites, our servers and tools automatically record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, referring site, and date and time of visit.
- Cookies: the Site uses standard WordPress cookies and a caching plugin so it functions and loads efficiently. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which set cookies to help us understand how the Site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The Site should still work without cookies.
2. How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry; to manage our business relationship with you; to send occasional updates about Trivium that may be of interest; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to keep records of our communications; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Contact form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, HubSpot. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing info@trivium.global. We do not use the Site to make automated decisions about you.
3. No sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as GoDaddy (website hosting), HubSpot (CRM and email), analytics providers such as Google, and our email and IT providers, each under obligations to protect it. We may also share it with our affiliates and offices as needed to respond to you, with our professional advisers, and when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights. The Site is hosted in the United States, and because we operate in the United States and New Zealand, your information may be stored or processed in either country or wherever our service providers operate.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact information and correspondence for as long as needed for our business relationship with you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Usage and analytics data is kept for up to 26 months.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive information (such as account or financial details) through the contact form.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain uses, including marketing. To make a request, email info@trivium.global. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- California and other U.S. states: residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. As noted above, we do not sell or share personal information.
- New Zealand: under the Privacy Act 2020, you may request access to and correction of personal information we hold about you. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (www.privacy.org.nz).
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
