Dr. Ben Peays

As the Managing Partner at Trivium Global, Dr. Peays provides an extensive background in leadership roles, encompassing various sectors including technology, wealth management, hedge funds, mergers & acquisitions, and nonprofit leadership.

In the realm of finance and investment, Ben has been pivotal in shaping the strategies and operations of numerous organizations. His expertise extends to technology, home healthcare, construction, land development, and overseeing operations in large media platforms. Notably, at GlorTex, an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Ben played a key role as a Partner helping the firm successfully close over $200 million in deals within home health and hospice sectors.

Ben’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his founding of BlackBox, a technology company specializing in analytics and security in the non-profit sector, and Beacon Ad Network, a pioneering advertising marketplace for Christian audiences, which was acquired in 2014. He has also served as CEO of Summer Moon Coffee, a popular coffee chain with over 50 stores, and owns and operates several stores.

Dr. Peays previously served as the founding Executive Director of The Gospel Coalition, contributing to its development into one of the world’s largest Christian content platforms, and currently serves as Managing Director at the BLESS Foundation, a Christian non-profit focused on reaching indigenous tribes around the world who currently have no access to the Bible.

Dr. Peays is a graduate of Wheaton College, holding a BA in Business/Finance, and has earned two doctorates and two masters from Princeton Theological Seminary, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His dedication to teaching and discipleship is further exemplified through his 15-year involvement with The Austin Stone Community Church.

A global citizen, Ben has studied seven languages and has conducted business in over 80 countries. He is also a published author, contributing to three books, and has been instrumental in bridging the gap between the academic world and the church, notably through his role at the Carl F. H. Henry Center for Theological Understanding.
