Jonathan Patton

Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of Trivium Global, Mr. Patton brings broad international experience in M&A, finance, and merchant banking. Jonathan has a proven track record of success in providing services to institutional, corporate, sovereign and family office clients across multiple industries. He has raised over $300mm of growth capital as a principal in companies throughout his career.

Jonathan is the Co-Founder of Green Capital Limited, a global merchant bank focused on institutional environmental finance, where he has overseen more than $1B in total environmental financing and development transactions for clients. He has served as Director at Karaka Pines, an institutionally funded Senior Housing development firm, as well as Institutional Investment Manager at 3D Capital, an impact investment firm located in New Zealand.

In addition to his work in the finance industry, Jonathan is passionate about giving back and has served a number of charities internationally, including as a founding board member of the Bless Foundation, Chairman of The Farm Project, Uganda, and an advisor to the Archibald Project.

KAY HIRAMINE

Principal, Global Business Development

Mr. Hiramine is a recognized leading global business advisor who has operated in eighty countries over his thirty-year career working with multinationals, governments and NGO’s. He has advised clients in the green finance and Climate Tech market, working with a global network of banks, institutional investors and family offices.

He has served as CEO of PSC, Inc. which advised Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Home Depot, Citi Bank, FedEx, Delta Airlines, Business Roundtable and Disney. He also served as Founder & Managing Director of Humanitarian International Services Group which managed $50mm of sustainable development and started 24,000 micro-businesses throughout Africa and Asia.

Training local NGOs in sustainable development and disaster response, HISG built a global network called the International Disaster Response Network building the capacity & capabilities of Soo NGOs globally. Mr. Hiramine advises Multi Family offices and Foundations in the area of targeted philanthropy and generosity around the globe. He was awarded an honorary doctorate of Laws (L.LD) in Philanthropy for his philanthropic activities.

Dale Quisenberry

Principal

Dale is a seasoned executive with a successful track record of founding, operating, and advising high-growth companies. Dale has filled a number of executive positions through his career, and in 1996 he co-founded and served as COO at Crossroads Systems which completed a successful IPO in 1999, and went on to reach a market cap of $1B. Dale has advised early stage companies across multiple industries including Real Estate and Oil and Gas.

Dr. James Canton

Principal, Head of Technology Investments

Dr. Canton is a renowned global business advisor and futurist, who has been providing ESG business strategies and sustainable project financing for over 30 years. He is the head of Global Finance at Green Capital Limited and has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies and governments on environmental finance, sustainable energy, and technology innovations.

He is the founder of the Institute for Global Futures and serves as the Director of SLFC, a well-known financial services private equity corporation that has completed over $9 billion USD in transactions in the US and European markets from 2000- to the present.

He is the author of several best-selling books and is a frequent guest commentator on media platforms such as CNBC, PBS, and CNN. He has advised the US Government, the World Bank, and the International Advisory Council, Economic Development Board of Singapore. He has lectured at universities worldwide, including Wharton and Stanford, on the leading trends facing our future.

Brad Taylor

Head of Information & Emerging Technologies

Mr. Brad Taylor is a seasoned technology industry expert with an extensive 30-year career spanning various capacities such as founder, advisor, and engineer. As Head of Information & of Emerging Technologies at Trivium Global, Mr. Taylor brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the firm, ensuring the identification and adoption of cutting-edge innovations in the technology sector.

Throughout his career, Mr. Taylor has been actively involved in the inception, development, and growth of numerous software product startups, consulting services, and enterprise implementation projects. He has a proven track record of providing invaluable support to founders and organizations at every stage of their development, from startup to successful acquisition, in sectors such as cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service (SAAS), and digital media.

Prior to joining Trivium Global, Mr. Taylor honed his skills and amassed a diverse range of experiences in the IT industry. He has demonstrated a unique ability to identify and capitalize on emerging technologies, turning innovative ideas into successful business ventures. His extensive knowledge and keen insights into the ever-evolving technology landscape make him a valuable asset to Trivium Global’s team, as he oversees and guides the firm’s emerging technology strategy.

A firm believer in balancing work with personal life, Mr. Taylor currently resides in New Zealand with his family, where he continues to be an active member of the local technology community. He is also committed to fostering the growth of the tech industry in his home country, contributing to a vibrant and innovative ecosystem that drives sustainable progress.

Tim Lovett

VP, Growth Stage Private Equity

Tim Lovett brings experience from a broad variety of sectors from technology to real estate, giving him an eye for macro trends and growth opportunities. Most recently, Tim was at WeWork where he was a founding member of a subscription product which grew from $0-$120mm in 15 months.

Additionally, Tim has also been apart of high growth companies – such as LinkedIn and Dropbox. Tim earned his economics degree from Wheaton College (IL) where he also competed as an NCAA Football player. At Trivium Global, Tim leads the Due Diligence process for new investments and overall Investor Relations. He also assists with Deal Execution for new investments and Value Creation for our portfolio companies.
